All accommodations are rustic, but comfortable and modern, with private baths and ranch-generated electricity.  Rates are all inclusive, including three full meals, horses, and guide service for horseback trips.  They do not include transportation in and out of the ranch.

Reservations are accepted for whole weeks, Saturday through Saturday.  No special services, including horseback rides, are available for kids under 15.

Additional Charges:
Staff Service Charge - 15% of Base Rate
Wyoming Sales and Lodging Tax -
(on room & board portion only)		 $31.50 / person / week
Booking Fees, Deposits and Cancellations
  • A non-refundable Booking Fee of $280 per room per week is required at the time of booking.
  • Two Deposits, each 25% of the Base Rate but excluding Extra Persons, is required as follows:
    • The first Deposit is due on March 1, 2007, with a courtesy invoice sent at least two weeks ahead.
    • The second Deposit is due on May 1, 2007, with a courtesy invoice sent at least two weeks ahead.
    • Deposits must be paid within two weeks of their due dates or your reservation may be cancelled.
  • All Booking Fees and Deposits are credited toward the final bill.
  • Credit cannot be given for late arrivals, early departures, or reserved but unused spaces, except for Extra Persons.
  • You may change your reservation to another 2007 opening if one exists.

Cancellations will be regretfully accepted any time, but:

  • Booking Fees are not refundable.
  • Deposits are not refundable after payment unless the ranch attains full occupancy during the cancelled period. 
  • All Deposits and Booking Fees will be refunded if you send guests in your place.
